Symptoms

In Oracle Purchasing, Oracle Payables, and Oracle iSupplier Portal / Supplier Management, Release 12.1.3 and Release 12.2:

An error occurs when trying to view or maintain the "Products & Services" (Products and Services) information for a selected supplier.
Due to this issue, users cannot maintain or update the Products & Services information for the suppliers.

Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Oracle Applications as the internal supplier admin user.
2. Navigate to Purchasing responsibility > Supply Base > Suppliers.
3. On the Suppliers page, search for the desired supplier, and click the Update icon in the search results.
4. On the Update Supplier page, click the Products & Services link. The error message appears at this point.
