Field Service Debrief: Attachments No Longer Displaying After A Task Is Closed (Doc ID 2632411.1)

Symptoms

Debrief attachments for Task Reports are no longer displaying on Debrief page.

The Signature file still shows up, but the Task Details Report (.pdf) does not.
 
The issue occurs in both Internet Explorer and Chrome.

Steps:

- For a Service Request Task, click on Debrief button.
- The Debrief is closed.
- There should be 2 attachments:
     . Signature
     . PDF of task report

=> There is only 1 attachment: Signature.
     The PDF of Task Report is missing from the page.

Error:

There are 3 warnings using F12 Developer

HTML1527: DOCTYPE expected. Consider adding a valid HTML doctype:
HTML1405: Invalid character. Null characters should not be used.
