Goal
Planning to upgrade from 12.1.1 to 12.2.9.
We have reviewed R12 Upgrade Document.
We have a few questions.
1) When we upgrade , All the transnational data is brought in as it is. Does all the setups for different modules were brought in as it is.
2) If we have defined, Few order types or any standard setups that we have done, Does these setups are carry forward to R12.2.9 when we upgrade.
3) Do we need to fresh start with the setups . For example , Order Management Module is brought over , Do we need to do setups for OM Module again OR Are they copied over from R12.1.1 to R12.2.9 and we can use the order Management Module as it is.
