Symptoms

While depositing a timecard via the API, encountered the following error:

ORA-20001: HXC_NO_BLD_BLK_INFO_TYPE: N, TYPE ORA-06512: at
"APPS.HXC_TIMESTORE_DEPOSIT", line 2510, line 2560
