How to purge all payroll runs & magnetic reports ? 

When there is a requirement in context of security:  to delete all payroll runs, payslips from the instance that contains production data.
Below Concurrent Program requests are not working properly.

Purge Preparation Phase
Purge deletion phase

Passing effective date as today's date in Purge Preparation Phase  request. It is getting completed without any errors.
But no Assignment Actions were picked up for processing. Total Assignment Actions count shows 0 in the log file.
