On : 12.2.8 version, Offers

"No Message found!" displayed instead of saved search name


When personalizing a saved search, "Search Name" field next to Save button contains "No Message found!" instead of actual search name?

Steps to replicate issue: responsibility "OCRM Promotions Inquiry-EMEA" --> Create Offers --> select a Saved Search --> click Personalize

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Oracle Trade Management User -> Trade Planning -> Create Offers --> select a Saved Search --> click Personalize
