Field Service Technician Portal: Error Java.lang.NoSuchMethodError When Technician Is Trying To Schedule Task Via Portal (Doc ID 2634003.1)

Symptoms

A technician is getting an error when trying to self-schedule a Task in Field Service Technician Portal.

Steps:

Field Service Technician Dashboard

- Highlight a Task.
- Click on the Schedule icon
- Select Scheduler Option
          . Option = Self Schedule
- Click on Go to bring up open slots in technicians schedule.
- Pick a row
- Select date and click 'Schedule' button.
  
=> Receive Error.

Error:

  An unexpected internal error has occurred.
  Exception: oracle.apps.csr.api.server.RequestManagerAPI.createScheduleOptionRequest(JJZ)J
