Item Category Is Not Displaying In Field Service Technician Portal

On : 12.2.6 version, Field Service Engineer Portal
Find that the item category is not displayed in Field Service Technician Portal (FSTP) when viewing the SR details, even though it can be seen in Service Request form.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with FSTP responsibility.
2. Query for an SR for which item and category have been entered.
