QA: Collection Plan Security is set to Yes.

New user has been granted the privileges to enter, view and update results for the collection plan but the user is not able to do so.By clicking LOV for collection plan in the view, enter, or update collection plan results in error:

"FRM-41830: List of values contains no entries."
