After upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.x the JA_TW_AR_AUTO_INVOICE is showing as invalid.

STEPS
-----------------------

Upgrade the instance from 12.1.3 to 12.2.x
Check invalids
See that the JA_TW_AR_AUTO_INVOICE is showing as invalid.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Taiwan localizations requires this file to be valid.
