On : 12.1.3 version, Lease Authoring

In Lease Management, Contract rebook fails with error

ERROR
-----------------------
A value must be entered for SEL_ID.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Lease Super User > Rebook contract
2. Rebook fails with error
