The WIP Material Transactions Form (WIPTXMAT.fmb) shows incorrect "Available" and "On-hand" quantities.

For example:

  1. Open the WIP Material Transactions form

  2. Query for a WIP job

  3. View  the items associated with the job

  4. With the cursor on an item see:

        Available = 1741
        Available To Transact (ATT) = 1741

    Note: The "Quantity" for this item on this job is 1000

  5. View the same item in the Material Workbench (to view On-hand Quantities) in Inventory and see:

    Total Quantity = 741
    Available to Reserve = 741
    Available to Transact = 741

    These quantities do not match with what the WIP form is showing.
    Is in unconfirmed but it appears as though the "Quantity" value shown in the WIP form is being added to the actual on-hand quantity for the same item (1000 + 741 = 1741).
