ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a repair job the technician tries to enter an item in the reference field but the item is not found.
This problem is only happening for some items.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to find the item that is entered.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Service request and a Service order.
2. Create a repair job. Click the create job button > add the necessary information (such as job action, accounting class etc)
3. Then see populate the item in the reference field
4. When the user clicks that field and tabs it out, a small form pops up titles, enter reduction criteria for long-list. In here, the item field is already populated but with a % after it, but the item cannot be found.
