Replenishment Cycle Count Request Is Not Working In An Inventory Organization With Same Set Of Books For A Different Operating Unit (Doc ID 2636453.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Replenishment Count

Inventory Organization is having a Operating Unit.

MO: Default Operating Unit is populated with Different Operating Unit.

User has access to Both Operating Units.
When attempting to perform replenishment counts from the Inventory Organization, program is completed with following error
The request seems to complete but the Processing Status is shown as 'Pending'

ERROR
-----------------------
** Found no headers in status pending for processing **
** Run Report option is set on; Organization Id is XXX, Subinventory is YYY and planning level is 2 **


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Inventory>Counting>Replenishment Counts>Counts
2. Enter counts for the subinventory
3. Select Process and Report
