In Mobile Field Service Cancelled Service Requests Appear In The Open SR View (Doc ID 2636967.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 Oracle Mobile Field Service - MultiPlatform

Service requests have been changed to a 'Cancelled' status.  But in Mobile filed service they are still appearing in the 'Open service requests' screen.

It is expected that they will not appear as an open service request.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update the Service request status to 'Cancelled'
2. Sync the Mobile field service device.
3. Navigate to the open service request screen
4. The service request is still displayed
