QUESTION

Why is it after the applying Patch:28800002 = (RUP9) - (R12.PRC_PF.C.delta.9)
 the order of the "ITEM TYPE" (LOV) for Non Catalog Request - Changed.

The Non Catalog Request Item Type (LOV) list of values is now displayed as the following.

  B) Goods. I can provide description, item price and quantity
  C) Services. I can provide description, rate and quantity
  A) Goods or services. I can provide description and Total Amount

How can this be change the Item Type list of values back to the way it was before (RUP9) was applied.
