When attempting to approve Prospective Supplier Registration request, the following error occurs.

STEPS
1.Navigate to Supplier Management Administrator Responsibility -> Supplier Home
2.Click on 'Prospective Supplier Registrations(x)' link from New Supplier Requests region
3.Click on review link corresponding to supplier name
4.From New Supplier Request page, select Approve from Actions dropdown and click on Go
