Web ADI Budget Template Is Pulling In Wrong 'From Period' And Bad Periods In Worksheet

Symptoms
When using Web ADI 'Create Budget' and Budgets 'Launch Budget Wizard', The wrong 'From Period' populates after hitting the 'Create Document' button.
The system is pulling in the very first budget period that was ever defined in the Define Budget form.
When the template is created, it contains correct periods for Jan through Sep and wrong periods for Oct through Dec.
Example: I entered From Period = JAN-20 and To Period = DEC-20. After selecting 'Create Document' button the From Period changed to JAN-03 and the To Period = DEC-20.
When the excel template is generated, the periods within the columns are Jan-20 through Sep-20 and then Oct-19 through Dec-19.
