Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to Run Single Touch Payroll Archive,
the following error occurs.

HR_6881_HRPROC_ORA_ERR
SQLERRMC ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_ARCHIVE", line 1234
ORA-06512: at line 3
SQL_NO 1108

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Change the status into Foreign Worker F

  2.  Run Single Touch Payroll Archive
     
  3.  Above error can be seen.
