Addition Description Is Cleared In Update Work Request When Opening Attachments Screen (Doc ID 2637399.1)

In EAM self service, the user is entering additional values into the description field and attaching documents via the Work Request tab. 

Once the file is attached (saved), the values in the description field is removed and is showing blank.  Is this the correct functionality?
