Cancelled Sales Order Lines Via ONTD0008.sql Script Are Not Inserting in Order Lines History Table (Doc ID 2637736.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Cancelled sales Order lines via ontd0008.sql script are not inserting in Order lines History Table

Previously ran the script to cancel sales order lines. However, the lines which were cancelled through the script are not inserting in oe_order_lines_history.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect History table to be updated.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using APPS User
2. Navigate > sql > prompt > Using datafix script ONTD0008.sql to cancel an order line
3. Notice the cancel is not recorded in History table.
