Symptoms


Slow performance with Shipping Transaction Form as it takes 90 seconds to open.

Form is also slow when querying deliveries by delivery name

The following SQL was slow running:


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OM Super User
2. Navigation > Shipping Execution > Transactions
3. Takes a long time for form to open
4. When querying deliveries by delivery name also slow
