Symptoms

Error AHM-00004 in Account Hierarchy Manager when drag and drop a child value between parent values.

Recently upgraded to 12.2.7 from 12.1.3.
Trying to move the child value for  example 01243 to parent value TST111 and get the following error:
AHM-00004:01243
already exists under TST111

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. GL responsibility
2. Account Hierarchy Manager
