Symptoms

Opening Balance is not appearing in Account Analysis report (Subledger / run from XLA Responsibility).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Opening Balance should be appearing in Account Analysis report.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to XLA specific responsibility
2. Run Account Analysis report
