Claims Not Getting Approved If Comments Are Long (Doc ID 2638741.1)

Symptoms

Nav: Trade Management > Claims

When settling claims from Trade Management, the claims are going back to approval after being approved. This occurs when the claim settlement comments exceed 200 characters.

In the workflow notification, see following error.

An error has occurred during Approval of Claim "CLAxxxxx".

Error Log: 1: SYSPARAM: Post to GL is T
2: Source Table : OZF_CLAIMS_ALL
3: OZF_AR_INTERFACE_ERROR


Note: This error is not seen when claim settlement comments are less than 200 characters.
