ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Insurance not aligning with contracts having last day of month as start date and billing in ARREARS

Insurance receivable payments are not aligning with rent for contracts having last day of month as start date and billing in ARREARS, when insurance policy is created after booking.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------

After a rebook or cancel and create policy which is set to bill on the last of the month,  INSURANCE RECEIVABLE streams should be aligned with rent as in booking.

STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a contract with start date as last date of the month with insurance. Book it.
2. Perform a rebook or cancel create insurance policy which is set to bill on the last day of month.
