Goal

Import Catalog Items multi-row Attribute sorting when loading from Interface table to Base table
Ex: Attribute is Input (10 features) , Output (12 features) - To be displayed in a certain way (exactly as loaded in the interface table, this is not necessarily alphabetical sequence.)
