Customer Type Defaulting To Person Instead Of Organization When Clicking On New Customer Button (Doc ID 2639851.1)

When opening a new repair order form, see that in Service Request header customer type defaulting as "Organization" . But when clicking on New customer button to create a new customer , see the customer type is defaulting as 'Person'. Is this intended behavior or missing any profile set up to make this Customer type default to "Organization" instead of "Person"?
