"Person does not exist at Specified Date" Error raises when candidate applying for Job

When attempting to apply for a job the following error occurs.
Person does not exist at Specified Date
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. iRecruitment Employee Candidate -> Home
2. Search for Vacancies.
3. Choose a Vacancy and click on Apply Now
4. Upload Resume
5 Click on Next the Above error raises.
