Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After processing the Open life event, covered aged out dependents are being ended one day before their birth date instead of the Open life event.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the dependent coverage end date to be 31-DEC (One Day Before Event) for life event occurred date 01-JAN.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to People > Benefits Service Center and query the employee.
3. Process the Open life event for 2020.
4. Navigate to the View Enrollment Results form > Designee.
See that the over aged contact is ended on the incorrect date.
