ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

'Other Information' in the Online Payslip has duplicate rows for a balance on an employee with multiple assignments
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
A single YTD value should show under 'Other Information' on the Online Payslip regardless of how many assignments an employee has
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create employee with multiple assignments
2. Follow setup in (Doc ID 337902.1)
3. Run payroll for both assignments
4. Review Online Payslip and see multiple rows for a balance
