When attempting to run Build Attribute Mapping rules, the following error occurs.

Error in creating package BODY : QP_BUILD_SOURCING_PVT - User-Defined Exception.

LINE :1550 PL/SQL: Statement ignored

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

*Note: Profile QP: Build Attributes Mapping Options = Y (Map attributes used in active pricing setup)

1. Oracle Pricing Manager responsibility
2. Navigate to: Reports
  select name = Build Attribute Mapping Rules
  submit request

--concurrent request completes with error.
