Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Patch read me (Release 12.1.x - 2019 US Payroll Year End Phase 3 Readme (Doc ID 2628549.1)) states that "Employer SUI tax rate decreased from

9.41% to 9.19% effective 01-Jan-2020" but in database it shows different percentage rate.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see correct employer SUI tax rate

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Ran a Payroll > View Run Results
