Update Locator Control in Organization Parameters From "Prespecified Only" to "Determined at Subinventory Level" While Upgrade From 11i to R12.2 (Doc ID 2640391.1)

Goal

While upgraded from 11i to R12.2, the locator control in Organization Parameters have been changed from "2:Prespecified Only" to "4:Determined at Subinventory Level"
Then, noticed that the locator control in Subinventories related to above organizations have been changed from "1:None" to "5:Item level".
