Price Value Is Not Changing In Service Request Charges Form When Different Price List Selected. (Doc ID 2640671.1)

On : 12.0.1 version, Charges UI, APIs, and schema

The charge line amount is not changing when the price list on the charge line is changed even though the item is in both price lists.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Prices are not changing in Service request charges form when different price list is selected.
The default price list with currency GBP is getting defaulted into charges form and after Labor debrief is complete, User is navigating into Charges form to change GBP price list to EURO Price list.
The EURO currency is getting changed, butthe Labor item price defined in GBP price list remains same.
Note that the same labor item is also defined in EURO Price list with different price value.

This functionality is working in 11i and not working after the upgrade.

Note: Issue occurs only for lines coming from Debrief.
