Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, HTML Contact Center the View By Account does not display colors as shown in View by Customer


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Support Specialist
2. Agent Dashboard
3. View by Customer shows colors against each account
    View By Account does not display colors
