Symptoms

 

Problem Statement:

Appraisals Details Screen Shows Incorrect Information

Multiple scenarios can be encountered:


A) Appraisals details screen shows old line managers name after line manager has been changed.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. For one Employee the Supervisor was changed during Appraisal
2. If the employee or old supervisor are checking the details, appraisals details screen shows old line managers name after line manager has been changed

 

B) In Performance Management application for completed appraisals, appraisee's details (like Name, Job, Department) are not being shown when employee
assignment was terminated and rehired.


C) Completed appraisals of terminated employees are not displaying employess personal information. These fields are blank.


Steps to Reproduce (for scenario B & scenario C):
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select  Manager Self-Service responsibility
2. View Completed Appraisal for terminated and rehire employees
