After upgrade from 12.1.2 to 12.2.7, Legal Entities Not Appearing On Intracompany Balancing Rules Setup Page

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In the Accounting Setup Manager, the Legal Entities do not appear on the Intracompany Balancing Rules setup page.
The scroll area is blank but Rows XXX of XXX is displayed in the upper-right corner but no Legal Entities are listed.
At the bottom of the page, the message "This template has no Legal Entity assigned to it" is displayed.
Responsibility: US General Ledger Setup
Nav: Setup > Financials > Accounting Setup Manager > Accounting Setups
1. Navigate to:
Setup -> Financials -> Accounting Setup Manager -> Accounting Setups
2. Query the Ledger.
3. Click "Update Accounting Options".
4. Click on "Intracompany Balancing Rules"
