Symptoms

When user close the periods, the Period Close Exceptions Report lists payments with following exception:

Future Dated Payments Requiring Maturity Event and Accounting

These payments were entered as Future Dated Payments.

The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Navigate to Payables Responsibility
2. Run Period Close Exception Report
