Duplicate Item Sequence Numbers Allowed In Bill of Material, Item Sequence (Doc ID 2641220.1)

Symptoms

When users open a Bill of Material and try to add a new component line the Item Sequence number is generated ,based on the value from Profile Option BOM: Component Item Sequence Increment.
However,if the users modify the Item sequence and pick an already existing Sequence Number,the system will throw warning "Item Sequence number XX is used more than once,but the changes can be saved.
 
Steps:

1) Bills of Material Form > Enter Bill of Material Item

2)Go to the Main Tab : Enter Item Sequence number which is used more than once .

3)Giving Warning but system allowed to Save with duplicate sequence.
