Symptoms

Budget Baseline failing for project


ERROR
  Baseline has failed because no budget exists for the project &PROJECT_NUMBER and award &AWARD_NUMBER.
  GMS_BUDGET_UTILS.GET_BASELINED_VERSION_ID- In NO_DATA_FOUND exception

 

When re-baseline fails, the current budget in Totals section remains null.
The project has approved cost budget.
