Termination Quotes Stay in Submitted Status when Customer's Email Address Exceed 100 chars in Length in AR

On : 12.2.7 version, Asset Management
When termination quote is submitted for approval and considering there is no approval rule configured, the termination quote should go to Approved status however, it stays in Submitted status
On these termination quotes, the workflow error states the following:
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
"OKL_AM_QUOTES_WF.VALIDATE_QUOTE_APPROVAL(OKLAMNQT, oracle.apps.okl.am.submitquoteforapproval14216, 252169, RUN)

This happens on customers that have email addresses exceeding 100 characters in length in the communications tab in AR. AR will allow this as it allows up to 2000 characters.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Receivables, for the customer in the communications tab - Enter email addresses that exceed 100 characters in length - AR will allow this as it allows up to 2000 characters
2. In OLFM create a termination quote for one of the contracts for the above customer account
3. Submit the quote for approval
4. Quote will get stuck in submitted status and will show the error in the WF errors
