Project List Search Results Table Settings Functionality is Not Working

Symptoms
Users are no longer able to edit or adjust our Project Search results using the Table Settings Icon functionality.
Prior to upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.6, Users could click on the Table Settings Icon and move or add/remove columns for reporting purposes.
This no longer works.
Navigate to Advanced Project Search page.
Enter Search criteria -> Go.
From the Search Results page. On the Select Projects toolbar, click on the Table Settings Icon
De-select or move columns and click outside of the box. Loading symbol appears.
However, the columns still remain and do not move.
Changes
Upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.6.
