After Patching, Get Java Errors Doing Searches Using Date Criteria. (Doc ID 2642524.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, CLAIMS

After patching, User gets java errors doing searches using date criteria.

Recently applied the following patches to our system:
30406872 - ASF FIX FOR BUG 30275367
30077281 - ORACLE APPLICATIONS RELEASE 12.1:CPU PATCH FOR OCT 2019

Since applying these patches, the user notes the following behavior/errors. A java error occurs on searches.

Now getting an error after selecting a previously created personal search and saving as my default search . . . the search contained a date criteria of “>=”.
This is happening in both Trade Planning and Claims. Can’t use any of these symbols (< or > or <= or => ) in a search.  Can only use the = and the between command.


ERROR

java.lang.RuntimeException: > is not a VALID operator!


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Trade Management User -> Trade Planning/Claims
2. Advance Search


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot cannot create advance search
