On : 12.2.8 version, Support Codes

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to transfer ‘In-Service Transaction’ costs from Asset tracking to Oracle Projects.
Transaction status is Pending for source transactions like 'Po Receipt into Inventory' and 'Project Item in Service' .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transactions status should be completed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PO and PO Receipt into Inventory with Project reference.
2. Install and Put into Service.
3. Interface In-Service Transactions to Projects.
4. Take Out Of Service and Account Alias Issue the serial.
5. Interface Move Transactions
6. Create PO for this expired serial into a different Project and receive it.
7. Install and Put into Service.
8. Interface In-Service transactions to Projects and check if the costs are transferred to Projects.
