Claim Associate Earnings Quantity Doubled When Saved Attached to Scan Data Offer (Doc ID 2642670.1)

12.1.3, Claim Associate Earnings with Scan Data Offer.

Issue:

Scan Data Offer was created for quantity 15, but when the claim was associated,
system updates the claim association line to 30 quantity.  This is seen when scan data
offer has an adjustment associated.

Issue is with quantity, but the amount is correct.  Looks to be more of a UI issue.

Steps:
---------
Create Scan Data Offer -- QTY 15 Total $1300
Make Active
Create an increase earned adjustment -- $200
Create Manual Claim and associate to scan data offer
Goto associate earnings, enter 15 QTY
Save
Associate earnings is showing qty as 30
