Error 'The requested page contains stale data' When Using Custom Batch Type in IB Mass Update (Doc ID 2643196.1)

Symptoms

When a new transaction Subtype is created to use as the 'Batch Type' in Installed Base Mass Update, the below error is shown in the Mass Update tab upon clicking the Next button to Schedule.

Error: Stale Data

The requested page contains stale data. This error could have been caused through the use of the browser's navigation buttons (the browser Back button, for example).

Cause:
The view object
MUBatchAM.MassUpdateContractsRN542_MassUpdateContractsRN_oracle_apps_oks_ibintegration_server_MassUpdateContratsAM.MUContractsVO1
contained no record. The displayed record may have been deleted, or the current record for the view object may not have been properly initialized.

To proceed, please select the Close Window link at the top of the application page to return to the main menu. Then, access this page again using the application's
navigation controls (menu, links, and so on) instead of using the browser's navigation controls like Back and Forward.
