OSN Login No Longer Working

When trying to log into OSN (https://osn.oracle.com/) apparently renamed to Oracle Business Network the login wont work.
Are using existing login credentials but it is saying it's not valid. Other colleagues who also have logins and it's not working for them.
Attempte all of the "need help" options - forgotten password, forgotten username, reactive user account. Each attempt says an email was sent, but it was not received.
Email SPAM filter were checked and other filters too and no emails were sent.
How come we cannot login to OSN anymore?
