Goal

Business has a requirement to build an custom iExpenses user interface page which requires to call APIs via REST service(Representational state transfer). The user interface should perform all activities done in the seeded Oracle iExpenses.
Data comes from HTML page in JSON format and business needs to use REST service(Representational state transfer) to call APIs to create appropriate data in iExpenses. Some actions that business needs to do are:
1. Create expense Report
2. Update Expense Report
3. Validate Expense Report

There are no public pl/sql based APIs.

Business has attempted to generate an Web-Service based on Expense Mobile Service in Integration Repository(ISG).
The below error was received:

''Service Provider Access resulted in exception 'oracle.apps.fnd.wf.ws.common.WSException: SystemError: Exception in the generation process SystemError: Error in the generation process Error in the process of schema generation : 4484 Invalid component class: [oracle.apps.ap.oie.mobile.SearchEmployee].' when attempting to perform 'GENERATE'. Please view Service Provider logs for more details''

Is it possible to use Expense Mobile service in Integration Repository(ISG) to generate an Web-Service in order to integrate with EBS iExpenses?
