OHS/Web Gate Server Processes Keeps Restarting

Symptoms
Intermittent connectivity issues to EBS. The OHS server keeps restarting.
Process status change from Alive > Restart > Stop > Init > Alive.
User experiences spinning and finally a page cannot be reached during the times in this log.
The cycle happens over and over (as people attempt logins) where the processes restarts.
Log Files show the following errors:
